基于结合面参数的机床整机有限元建模与分析

摘    要:基于结合面参数,利用ANSYS建立了AV1200-2五坐标立式铣床整机有限元模型。通过模态试验与有限元计算结果对比分析,验证了文中建模方法的正确性。最后,结合有限元与试验模态分析的结果,初步识别了整机结构的薄弱结合面及薄弱结构,并提出了相应的修改建议。

Abstract:Based on the combined interface parameters,the finite element model of the AV1200-2 five coordinates vertical milling machine is established by the software Ansys.Through comparing the results of modal analysis by model test and the finite element calculation,the finite element model is validated.At last,combined with finite element and the experimental modal analysis results,the relative weaker combined interface and parts of this machine tool are found and the suggestion of structure improvement for this machine tools is given.
