旧式数控铣床的性能升级及创新改造

摘    要:文章对华中I型ZJK7532数控铣床进行了性能升级及创新改造。改造的核心组成部分为"PC机+运动控制器+交流伺服驱动系统"。介绍了升级改造后的数控铣床硬件及软件结构和工作原理。经改造后华中I型ZJK7532数控铣床具有开放式数控系统的相应特点,满足了现代企业的相关需求。

Abstract:This paper makes performance promotion and innovating transformation on HCNC-1HA ZJK7532 CNC milling machine.The core composed part of this transformation is "PC and movement controller and alternating-current servo transmission".This paper introduces the structure and work principle of hardware and software of CNC milling machine after promotion and transformation.HCNC-1HA ZJK7532 CNC milling machine has the corresponding characteristic with open-architecture CNC system after transformation and it is satisfied with the related requirement of modern enterprise.
