锌锭模制造问题探讨与研究

摘    要:对锌锭模型造经过多次的改进试验,主要改进了锌锭模下端面的冷却水流向和材质,研究了对其锌锭模的断裂,内腔表面粗糙度的影响;实践结果表明,冷却循环水槽的改变,其本避免了锌锭模断裂问题;用QT400-18代替ZG230-450明显改善了锌锭模内腔表面粗糙度,并且延长了锭模的使用寿命。

Abstract:This paper studies the influence of the change of flow direction of cooling water at the botton of ingot mold and the mold material on the crack and the inner surface roughness of the ingot mold. Through several times improvement of zinc ingot mold in production, the result indicate: altering cycling cooling water groove essentially avoids the occurrence of crack, and using QT400 18 instead of ZG230 450 can improve the inner surface roughness of zinc ingot mold obviously and extend it's service life.
