注水井大修原因分析及预防措施

对纯梁采油厂以往大修水井调查分析，结合井眼内垢物组分分析结果，发现井眼内水质在静态下发生的严重细菌腐蚀作用是引起水井油套管腐蚀及环空堵塞的主要因素，改善注水水质，对注水井进行定期洗井或在油管环空中投加具有杀菌作用的溶液，可对水井大修现象的产生起到较好预防作用。

Through the researches on overhaul water wells in Chunliang Oil fields and analysis of scaling constituents in well bore,the water in well bore at a static situation take place a serious bacterial corrosion which causes corrosion and plugging of casing and tubing.It is very efficient for the reduction of major overhaul water wells to improve waterflooding quality,wash the borehole once in a certain time or inject bactericidal solution into the annulus of tubing and casing.
