摘    要:采用月桂酰氯与丙氨酸在碱性溶液中反应,合成了一种新型润滑添加剂——N-月桂酰基丙氨酸,用红外光谱对其主要官能团进行了鉴定。考察了该化合物作为润滑油添加剂对HV1350矿物基础油生物降解性能的影响,并通过四球试验机考察了其在HV1350矿物基础油中的摩擦磨损性能;用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察分析钢球表面磨斑形貌,用X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对钢球磨损表面典型元素的化学状态进行分析。结果表明:N-月桂酰基丙氨酸作为矿物油添加剂表现出极好的提高矿物油生物降解性的作用及良好的抗磨减摩性能,是一种环境友好的润滑油功能添加剂。

Abstract:A new type of lube additive was prepared by reactions of alanine with lauroyl chloride in alkaline solution, and its structure was characterized by means of Infrared Spectrum. The effect of N- lauroyl alanine as a new lubricating oil additive on the biodegradability of HVI350 mineral base oil was studied. And the tribological properties of the additive in HVI350 mineral oil were evaluated on a four - ball friction tester. The morphologies of the worn steel surfaces were observed and examined by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). The chemical states of some typical elements on the worn steel surface were analyzed by means of X - ray Photoelectron Spectroscope (XPS). The results showed that N - lauroyl alanine greatly accelerates the biodegradability of HVI350 mineral base oil, and considerably increases the load - carrying capacity, anti - wear and friction - reducing abilities of mineral oil. It is promising as an environmentally friendly lube additive.
