| 摘 要： | 利用 SPSS统计分析软件包 ,将因子分析法应用于机械未完全燃烧热损失的研究中。对邢台电厂 2 0 0MW燃煤锅炉的运行状况进行了因子分析诊断 ,找出了影响锅炉机械未完全燃烧热损失的主要因素 ,即炉膛氧量、炉膛内气流的扰动及燃烧强度 ,为调整燃烧 ,降低机械未完全燃烧热损失 ,提高燃烧效率提供了一种比较有效的诊断工具

| Abstract: | The application of factor analysis method for study of heat loss in mechnically incomplete combustion using SPSS statistical analysis software package is described. A factor analysing diagnosis for operation condition of Xingtai Power Plant's 200 NW coal fired boiler was carried out and the key factors effecting the heat loss of the mechanically incomplete combustion in the boiler including rurnace oxygen amount, furnace gas flow disturbance and strength of combustion ware revealed. |
