YT62型液力偶合器故障分析及处理

摘    要:本文针对YT62型液力偶合器在实际运行过程中经常出现的泵轮侧推力轴承温度偏高、泵轮和涡轮侧推力瓦块烧毁以及泵轮叶片断裂等故障进行了原因分析及探讨,并提出了有效的处理方案和改进措施。实际运行效果表明,我们的技术改进使设备的安全可靠性得到了很大提高。对同类型设备的故障处理具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:Aimed at some problems of YT62 hydraulic coupling occurred frequently in actual operation,such as too high temperature of of side thrust bearings,burnout of thrust pads,and rupture of impeller blades,the paper analyzes and discusses causes of these faults,and puts forward some effective treatments schemes and improvement methods.The equipment physical running effect shows that the equipment reliability has been greatly improved by our improved process.This study also has reference meanings in fault treatmen...
