摘    要:对于非零变位设计的弧齿锥齿轮副,可利用局部综合法进行高重合度加工参数设计.这种设计方法可以弥补非零正变位设计由于啮合角增大而使得重合度降低的不足.本文通过举例,利用轮齿加载接触仿真分析的过程,将2种不同设计齿轮副的设计重合度、齿面载荷分布、加载接触印痕与传动误差、齿根弯曲应力进行对比.结果显示,高重合度正变位设计的齿轮副载荷分布合理,具有更小的齿根弯曲应力.

Abstract:For non-zero-modification spiral bevel gear, the machining parameters can be designed with local synthesis with contact ratio improved. This design method can correct the shortage of non-zero-positive modification design, which contact ratio declines with meshing angle increasing. Using examples and loaded meshing emulation, two different design results were compared, including tooth contact ratio, load distribution, contact pattern, transmission error and tooth root bend stress. The result shows that the gear set designed by high contact ratio non-zero-positive modification method has better load distribution on tooth profile, lower tooth root bend stress and higher meshing capability.
