摘    要:目前地铁、建筑及煤矿等人员密集空间突发事件频发,解决人员密集空间人员安全疏散是当前社会发展亟待解决的问题. 本文以地铁为例研究了基于ACP方法的平行应急疏散系统,该系统由应急疏散人工系统、计算实验 和平行执行三部分组成. 平行应急疏散系统不仅适用于地铁,还适用于建筑及煤矿等生活和工作空间应急疏散管理,可实现人员培训、疏散演练、疏散方案优化和评估等功能. 本文初步建立了地铁枢纽站平行应急疏散系统,并进行了两种典型场景的计算实验,实验结果表明平行应急疏散系统可有效提高应急疏散效率.

Abstract:To solve emergency evacuation problem for public and residential assembly occupancies including urban buildings and underground tunnels, a parallel system for emergency evacuation is presented based on the ACP method, which can be used in emergency evacuation for subway transfer stations, buildings, mines, and others with complex inner structures. The parallel system for emergency evacuation consists of three parts, which are artificial system, computational experiments and parallel execution, and it also includes several functions including personnel training, evacuation exercise, and optimization and evaluation of evacuation plan. A parallel system for subway transfer station is established, and computational experiments are executed with two typical emergency scenarios. The results of experimental experiments show that the system proposed in this paper is an effective tool for evacuation decision making in dynamic route indication.
