摘    要:利用环氧树脂包埋不同聚合条件下悬浮聚氯乙烯树脂颗粒,再用超薄切片机切出断面,通过扫描电镜观察其内部微观形貌,分析了聚合条件对颗粒内部微观形貌的影响。结果表明:搅拌转速的增大、副分散剂PVA55用量的增多或聚合温度的降低,都能使颗粒内部的孔隙增多,结构趋于疏松。

Abstract:The PVC particles was embedded by epoxy resin,and was incised by super-thin slicing machine.The observation for morphology of PVC particles produced under different polymerization conditions was undertaken by SEM.The results showed that,by increase the speed of mix round and the dosage of assistant dispersant PVA55,reduce the temperature of polymerization reaction,and the frame was more loose.
