培养基质控用菌株(7316)的鉴定

摘    要:菌株(7316)经鉴定,其培养特性:能在营养琼脂表面生长,集落灰白色,不透明,粗糙型,边缘不整齐。在营养肉汤中呈絮状生长,肉汤透明。菌体为0.9~1.1×2.2~4.6μm,革兰氏染色阳性。能形成芽胞,芽胞位于菌体中央或偏端,孢子囊不膨大或稍膨大,无副芽胞,无荚膜。其生化反应:能分解葡萄糖和甘露醇,不分解阿拉伯糖和木糖;分解酪蛋白和明胶;降解酪氨酸;不水解淀粉;不分解卵磷脂和七叶灵。该菌株(7316)鉴定为短芽胞杆菌(Bscillusbrevis)。

Abstract:The culture characteristics of strain 7316 used for quality control of medium were identified. The result showed that the strain could grow on the surface of nutrient agar.The clonies of it were rough type, pale, opaque and showed uneven border. The strain could grow in bouillon in flocculent form, but the bouillon remained hyaline. The bacteria were gramupositive with a size of 0. 9~1.1× 2. 2~4. 6μm. Spores were formed in the central part or at one end of the bacterla. Sporocysts were not intumescent or only slightly intumescent.Neither parospore nor capstlle was found. The strain could decompose glucose, mannite, cascein and gelatin. It could also degradate tyrosine, but could not decornpose arabinose, xylose,tarch, licithin, and aesculin. The strain (7316) was identified to be Bucillus pumilus.
