| 摘 要： | 乙肝血源疫苗蔗糖离心后样品，经日本BMM系统过滤后，对蛋白含量和乙肝表面抗原活性没有明显影响，但对去除乙肝病毒颗粒有明显效果，因此，进一步提高了乙肝疫苗的回收率和安全性。

| Abstract: | The samples of plasma-derived hepatitis B vaccine after sucrose gradient centrifugation were filtered by BMM system (made in Japan). The result showed that the procedure had no remarkable influence on protein content and HBsAg astivity, but showed significant effect on elimination of Dane particles. It suggested that, by using the system, the recovery rate and safety of hepatitis B vaccine could be further improved. |
