摘    要:狂犬病毒糖蛋白重组痘菌病毒(V-RG)与非重组痘菌病毒比较,V-RG对小白鼠爆发性致死量下降10000LD50;对家兔眼粘膜及皮肤感染后,3~5天内呈现轻微的红、肿,3周内全部消退。所有局部损害仅限于表皮,未见其它不良反应。V-RG经口免疫的动物7天即产生抗体,于第14天能抵抗致死量狂犬病毒脑内或肌肉内攻击。

Abstract:The toxicity index of rabies virus glucoprotein expressed by recombimant vaccinia virus virus (V-RG) was determined by inoculating mice intracranially, and showed a descent of 10 000LD50 compared with that of vaccina. After rabbits were inoculated with VRG transmucosally and percutaneously, mild redness and swelling were found within 3~5 days and subsided within 3 weeks. All the lessions were located in epiderm, and no other odverse reactions were found. Antibodies could be detected in mice and guinea pigs 7 days after immunization with V-RG perorally, and the animals could resist intracranial and intramuscular challenge with lethal dose of rabies virus 14 days after immunization.
