| Abstract: | The current situations of walling materials innovation and building energy saving are introduced. At the same time the reasons caused the lagging situations in Shanxi are analyzed and discussed. Author points out that the functional advantages of administration and supervision agencies should be developed to realize the legalization of the wall reform and building energy conservation work. |
