| 摘 要： | 对新型的核电用锆管特种电阻焊的工艺原理进行了介绍,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对特种电阻焊的温度场进行三维数值模拟,在计算过程中采用非均匀网格划分原则,运用参数化设计语言APDL进行流程设置,考虑了对流换热及辐射换热对焊接过程的影响和温度变化对材料物理性能参数的影响.结果表明,集中热流导致端塞被墩粗及挤出物的产生,焊缝...
