摘    要:在分段装配中,焊缝位置和焊缝类型的不同导致了分段装配工时的差异.为了准确确定分段的装配工时,提高分段装配的效率,利用生产设计中的模型信息,针对分段装配中的不同焊缝位置和焊缝类型,分别定义不同的焊接时间;为了缩短分段建造的时间,通过对船舶的分段划分进行优化,以船舶的焊接时间为目标函数,使用遗传算法和产品模型来进行船舶装配...

Abstract:In block assembling,the different welding position and welding types make the work time of block assembling different.To determin the work time of block assembling exactly and improve the efficiency of the assembly,the worker can use the model information in the design to determine the different welding time according to the different welding position and welding types.To shorten the time of block construction,by optimizing block division,the welding time is set as the objective function,the genetic algorithm and production model are used to optimize the assembling hierarchy structures.By generating the different assembly plan schemes in assembling hierarchy structures,designing the effective genetic operator and determining the genetic algorithm parameters and using the objective function to evaluate the optimization results,this paper gets an optimization system of ship block assembling.
