柴油机实时仿真中燃烧模型的建立

摘    要:通过对柴油机燃烧过程的分析,具体介绍了针对4JB1柴油机建立并用于发动机硬件在环实时仿的燃烧放热模型。出于实时性考虑,采用零维单区燃烧模型,在实时仿真系统中将Wiebe模型和Wat-son模型有机地结合使用,既可方便快捷地获取任意工况下的模型参数,又能保证燃烧放热规律与实际相符。试验证明模型性能良好,为发动机硬件在环实时仿真系统的进一步研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:Through the analysis of the combustion process,a reasonablecombustion model is built for 4JB1 diesel engine,which is part of the work to develop a hardware in-the-loop real-time simulation system.For the real-time purpose,its proposed as a zero dimension model based on Wiebe model and Watson model,which makes it easy to figure out the parameters and proves to be consistent with the real heat release rate.The comparison between the measured data and simulation results demonstrates that the model works well in the real-time simulation system.
