摘    要:通过平板点种试验,选用白地霉为指示菌,又根据刺激圈试验以及三角瓶发酵培养,获得了苹果渣发酵的最佳菌种组合,其菌种比例为产朊假丝酵母:白地霉:枯草芽孢杆菌:黑曲霉=0.5:1:1:1时为优选接种比例。苹果渣发酵后粗蛋白含量为15.32%,较未发酵时7.36%提高了108%。

Abstract:The strain of Ceotrichum candidum was selected to be an indicator strain through the dot—in- oculating method.Then the optimum multi—strains ratio of fermenting multi—strains was Candida utilis: Ceotrichum candidum:Bacillus subtilis:Aspergillus niger=0.5:1:1:1,according to the results from the stimulating circle experiment as well as fermentation experiment in the flask.The protein content of fermen- ting product under this fermentation condition could reach 15.32%,which is 108% higher than the control of 7.36%.
