随焊锤击防止薄板焊接热裂纹的工艺研究

摘    要:针对焊接时薄板构件产生焊接热裂纹倾向大的缺点,从力学角度出发,采用随焊锤击的焊接新工艺,并利用试验和测试技术,来达到防止薄板焊接热裂纺的目的,开辟了一条解决焊接热裂纹的新途径。讨论了随焊接锤击防止热裂纺的基本原理,对比了常规焊条件下和随焊锤击工艺条件下,试件的裂纹率情况,试验结果表明:随焊锤击能够有效地防止焊接热裂纹的产生。

Abstract:In order to reduce the tendency of hot crack in thin plate welding, a new process named Welding with Trailing Peening (WWTP) is used to prevent the weldments from welding hot crack by experiments and measurements from the view of mechanics. And the fundamental principle of WWTP is discussed. Comparing the crack rate on both condition of common welding and welding with WWTP, experimental results show that WWTP is an effective method to control welding hot crack.$$$$
