钢轨万能轧制过程金属纵向流动规律的理论和实验

摘    要:为分析钢轨万能轧制过程中轨头、轨腰以及轨底的纵向流动机理,根据钢轨断面特点,给出了轨头与轨底等效压下系数计算公式,并考虑了轨头与轨腰以及轨底与轨腰之间的金属横向流动体积的影响;基于轧制前后体积不变条件,推导出了轨头、轨腰及轨底的延伸系数计算模型,得到了钢轨各部分压下系数以及宽展系数对其纵向流动规律的影响。为验证理论模型,进行了钢轨的万能热轧实验,实测了不同轧制规程时钢轨各部分的延伸系数,并与理论计算结果进行比较。理论计算结果与实验结果误差不超过±5%,说明理论模型具有较高的预测精度,可用于钢轨万能轧制实践。

Abstract:In order to investigate the mechanism of longotudinal flow about the different parts of the rail,the calculation of the waist,base,head of rail,and the equivalent reduction coefficient were given.The volume of lateral flow between the waist and head and base were taken into account.Then the elongation coefficient of the different parts of rail were derived on the base of volume constancy law.The influence of the spread coefficient and the reduction coefficient of different parts of rail on the law of metal's longitudinal folw was analyzed.For verifying the theoretical model,the universal rolling experiments were accomplished and the elongation coefficients subject to different rolling technology were measured.Compared with the experimental results,the prediction error of theoretical model is less than 5%.So,it is reliable and feasible to preset the rolling technology rationally according to the theoretical model of longitudinal flow in rail universal rolling.
