摘    要:光纤光谱仪在各个领域都有着重要的应用,它采用光纤作为信号耦合器件,体积小,信号传输效果好,可以灵活搭建光谱采集系统。评价一台光谱仪的性能有许多重要指标,但受气压、温度、使用环境、使用年限等外部因素的影响,光纤光谱仪中重要部件的参数会发生偏移,例如光纤的发散角、光栅的衍射能力和探测器的探测效率等,所以,定期对光纤光谱仪进行波长校正是非常有必要的。通过利用HG-1汞-氩校准光源,应用多项式拟合残差法对E820光纤光谱仪进行波长定标实验,并将定标前后的光谱数据进行对比,研究了波长定标方程对波长准确度的影响,最后说明了波长定标在分析光谱仪性能中的重要作用。

Abstract:Fiber optic spectrometer has important application in each domain, it uses fiber as signal coupling compo-nent, and it has small size, good signal transmission effect, also can build a flexible spectral acquisition system. To evaluate the performance of a spectrometer has many important index, because of the pressure, temperature, environ-ment,fixed number of year and the impact of external factors etc.,the parameters of the important components in opti-cal fiber spectrometer will occur, such as the divergence angle of the fiber and grating diffraction capability and the probe detection efficiency,etc.,so making a regular wavelength calibration in the fiber optic spectrometer is very neces-sary,this paper mainly talking about using HG-1 mercury-argon calibration sources for wavelength calibration,and ap-plying the polynomial fitting method into this measurement in order to test E820 fiber optic spectrometer. We also stud-ied influence of wavelength calibration equation on wavelength accuracy. At the last, we talk about the importance of wavelength calibration in the evaluation of fiber optic spectrometer.
