摘    要:以山蕗菜根提取类黄酮后的残渣为材料,研究山蕗菜根多糖的提取工艺。在单因素试验基础上,选定提取温度、时间和料液比3 个因素的3 个水平进行中心组合试验,建立多糖提取率的二次回归方程,通过响应面分析得到优化组合条件。结果表明:提取工艺条件为提取温度70℃、提取时间2.3h、料液比1:45(g/mL)、提取1 次时,多糖提取率达到最大值。该条件下多糖提取率预测值为35.04%,验证值为34.74%。

Abstract:Crude polysaccharides were prepared from the residue of Petasites tricholobus roots after flavonoids extraction. According to single-factor experiments, three levels of the factors including extraction temperature, extraction time and liquid/solid ratio were selected for the central composite design to establish a quadric regression equation for predicting the yield of polysaccharides. By response surface analysis, the optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows: extraction temperature 70 ℃, extraction time 2.3 h and liquid/solid ratio 45:1, which led to estimated and observed values of maximal yield of polysaccharides of 35.04% and 34.74%, respectively.
