基于STM32F103的振动监测系统设计

摘    要:为了监测振动信号以反映设备的实时运行状态,本文介绍了一种振动监测系统,给出了前端振动信号转化和放大电路设计,实现了ARM内核芯片STM32F103与模/数转换芯片ADS1174的硬件接口设计以及通信输出电路设计,并且通过IIR算法实现对振动信号的处理。测试结果表明,此振动监测系统达到了预期的设计要求。

Abstract:In order to ascertain the real time running status of devices by monitoring the vibration signals, this paper designs a vibration monitoring system. The design presents the vibration converting and amplifying circuits, accomplishes the hardware interface design of ARM inner core chip STM32F103 and A/D chip ADS1174, finishes communication circuit and processes vibration signal by IIR arithmetic. The testing result shows that the vibration monitor system has reached the expected design requirements.
