由AES合成脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠的研究

摘    要:探讨了一种新的合成脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠的方法。该法以亚硫酸盐为磺化剂 ,在高温高压下由 AES转化而来。主要讨论了反应时间、反应温度、磺化剂用量和不同类型磺化剂对产品收率及原料水解率的影响。结果表明 ,在反应温度 1 96℃、反应压力 1 .2 MPa下 ,以亚硫酸钠和亚硫酸氢钠为混合磺化剂效果最好 ,产品收率可达 60 % ( w)以上 ,原料 AES的水解率低于 8% ( w)。以亚硫酸钾作磺化剂则得不到磺酸盐产品。最后初步确证该磺化转化反应过程不是简单的平衡反应。

Abstract:A novel synthetic method of polyoxyethene alkyl ether sodium sulfonate was explored by sulfonation of AES with sodium sulfite, under high temperature and high pressure. The influence of the reaction temnperture ,reaction time,amount of sulfonating agent and varions sulfonating agents on yield of product an hydrolytic rate of new material has been mainly discassed. The results of experiments show that the mixture of Na 2SO 3 and NaHSO 3 as salfonating agent is the best under reaction temperature 196℃ and pressure 1.2MPa, the yield of the product can reach more than 60 percent (weight),but the hydrolytic rate is confined under 8 percent. The product yield is zero, if the K 2SO 3 is selectecl as sulfonating agent. Finally,it is preliminarily confirmed that this sulfonation reaction is not simply equilibrium reaction.
