基于塑料产品快速开发的逆向工程

摘    要:针对塑料产品开发中设计周期长、设计复杂和模具一次试验成功率低的现状,在模具CAD/CAM逆向工程的基础上,探讨了塑料产品快速开发的方案,并对曲面重构、三维建模、产品再设计等关键技术作了初步研究。实例证明:在塑料产品开发中利用数字化逆向工程技术,可大大缩短塑料产品的开发周期,对快速响应市场产生显著效果。

Abstract:In light of the present situation of a long period and complexity of mold design and little probability of successful mold test for the first time,the rapid development of plastics product and some techniques are discussed based on the reverse engineering for dies CAD/CAM.The surface (reconstruction),3D modeling,redesign are emphatically studied.It's proved by a practical example that (using) the digitized reverse engineering technology in development of plastics product can shorten the period of developing a new product and accelerate the response to the market.
