铸造过程温度场的数值模拟

摘    要:结合材料变温过程材料热物性参数的变化,利用ANSYS软件对几何外形复杂的铸件在铸造过程中的温度场进行了模拟,得到了铸件温度随时间的分布关系.模拟结果较真实地反映了铸造系统温度的变化过程,且运算速度较快,从而可预测缩孔、缩松等缺陷出现的可能性及位置,为优化铸造工艺方案提供科学指导.

Abstract:Combine with the variety of the nonlinear thermophysics parameters in the mutative temperature process of material , temperature field in casting process was simulated by ANSYS software and the relationship between cast temperature and time was obtained. This method has quick computing speed, and simulation result reflects the developing process of temperature in casting system ,and forecast the possibility and location of arisen disfigurement such as shrinage , shrinage porosity.It provides scientific guidance for optimize technics scheme in casting process.
