Ni-P-TiO2(纳米)化学复合镀层中纳米粉分散机理的研究

摘    要:通过金相显微镜观测了镀液中添加不同表面活性剂后镀层的表面形貌;探讨了纳米粉在镀液和镀层中能够均匀分散的机理.结果表明添加阴离子 非离子型复合表面活性剂得到的镀层中纳米粉分散最均匀,而且镀层显微硬度高,耐磨性及耐高温氧化性优异.

Abstract:The surface morphologies of coatings with different kinds of surfactants were observed by metalloscope. The dispersion mechanisms of nanometer particles respectively in the plating solution and coatings were researched. The results show that the nanometer particles are uniformly dispersed in coatings because of the adding of anionic and non-ionic surfactants. Meantime, the micro-hardness is high. The wear resistance and high temperature oxidation are excellent.
