摘    要:流体力学和反应动力学计算证实管壁附近熔体超长时间停滞降解是影响熔体直纺可纺性的关键因素,采用剥皮效果好、压降低的新型静态混合器可大幅减少超长时间停滞熔体量,显著改善熔体直纺可纺性。

Abstract:It was proved by the calculation of hydromechanics and reaction kinetics that the ultra-long time stagnant degradation of the melt near the pipe wall was the key factor that has effect on the spinnability of the melt direct spinning.By using the new static mixer with high decorticating efficency and low pressure drop,the ultra-long time stagnant melt quantity was sharply reduced,the spinnability of the melt direct-spinning was obviously improved.
