两步法合成受阻胺类光稳定剂GW-944

以三聚氯氰、叔辛胺及N,N′ 二(2,2,6,6 四甲基 4 哌啶基) 1,6 己二胺为原料,采用两步法合成了GW-944。当n(三聚氯氰)∶n(叔辛胺)=1∶0 98,反应温度<10℃时,得到第一步反应中间体2 叔辛胺基 4,6 二氯 1,3,5均三嗪的甲苯溶液,不需精制,与N,N′ 二(2,2,6,6 四甲基 4 哌啶基) 1,6 己二胺一起投入高压釜,初压2MPa,在60℃反应4h,在180℃反应6h,得到产物GW-944。产品的平均相对分子质量2000～3000,在425nm和450nm下透光率均大于96%。

Synthesis of Hindered Amine Light Stabilizer GW -944 in Two Steps

Hindered amine light stabilizer GW-944 was synthesized in two steps from cyanuric chloride,t-octylamine and N,N′-bis-(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl)-1,6-hexanediamine.The toluene phase of intermediate 2-(1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutylamino)-4,6-dichloro-1,3,5-triazine was obtained when the molecular ratio of cyanuric chloride and t-octylamine was 1∶0.98 and the reaction temperature was below 10 ℃.The intermediate separated from NaCl solution without further purification was put into autoclave together with N,N′-bis-(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl)-1,6-hexanediamine.Under initial pressure of 2 MPa,the condensation temperature was kept at 60 ℃ for 4 h,then at 180 ℃ for 6 h.The average molecular weight of GW-944 obtained is between 2000 and 3000,and the transparency is over 96% under 425 nm and 450 nm.
