稠油开采变频、中频联动电源设计

摘    要:针对目前稠油开采系统中抽油机下冲过程存在能量回馈、中频加热给定温度不具备判断实际中频输入功率是否合理的问题,设计一种变频、中频联动电源.该电源通过变频、中频共用母线技术把抽油机回馈电能通过中频加热消耗掉,避免了变频器主电路过大的回馈冲击电流并节约了电能.同时采用中频给定温度自寻优控制,改变以往由人工经验设定加热温度而存在的电能浪费.利用频率跟踪和移相控制技术保证最佳加热效率,提高了系统的可靠性,降低了设备成本.辽河油田实际应用表明,该设备达到了节能降耗、提高开采效率的目的.
