摘    要:地铁矿山法隧道下穿建筑物施工面临着控制建(构)筑物的沉降风险的重要问题,结合广州地铁某工程实例,介绍了建筑物沉降及其原因,针对造成建筑物沉降的关键因素即隧道渗漏水,采取了较强的控制措施,取得了较好的效果,为类似工程提供参考.

Abstract:There is high risk for settlement during mining construction of subway tunnel underpass buildings.Based on a project of Guangzhou subway tunnel,the risk and the corresponding control measures during the construction are introduced,then the treatment to the water leakage,the key factor for settlement,which can provide a reference for similar projects.
