摘    要:以不同变形量热锻TC10钛合金棒坯,得到了直径50 mm的钛合金棒材.分别在780、790、800、810、820℃对TC10钛合金棒材进行固溶热处理(保温时间1h,空冷),研究了热处理温度对TC10钛合金棒材组织与性能的影响.研究结果表明,热锻变形量达到70%的TC10钛合金棒材呈现出良好的强度和塑性;在经过温度为8...

Abstract:The TC10 ingots prepared by vacuum consumable arc melting were forged into billet rods in diameter 150 mm.The rod billets,and then with various deformations,were precision forged into TC10 titanium alloy bars in diameter 50 mm.The influence of heat treatment at 780,790,800,810,820 ℃ for 1 h on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TC10 alloy forging bars was investigated.The results show that the TC10 titanium alloy bars with hot forging deformation of 70% show good strength and ductility;After the solution heat treatment at temperature of 800~810 ℃,the plasticity and strength of bars achieve a good match,and its microstructure is composed of the fine equiaxed and phase.
