关于矿热炉冶炼镍铁工艺中磷的问题

摘    要:从理论上分析了矿热炉冶炼含硅镍铁工艺中磷在渣铁中的分配规律。对还原剂中磷与固定碳的含量比值w(P)/w(C)以及熔剂中磷与氧化钙的含量比值w(P)/w(CaO)对合金中磷含量的影响进行了分析,并对冶炼镍铁工艺提出建议。

Abstract:Theoretically analyzed the phosphorous distribution ratio in slag and iron when smelting ferronickel by submerged arc furnace.Meanwhile,analyzed the influence of mass percentages ratio of phosphorus to carbon in the reducing agent and the mass percentage ratio of phosphorus to calcium oxide in the flux on the phosphorus content in the alloy.Put forwaord some suggestions for the process of smelting ferronickel.
