| Abstract: | Our grasp of specific property of teachers' behavior is the key to establishing teachers' encouragement system.The paper discusses teachers' specific property of economic behavior,teachers' specific property of character behavior,teachers' specific property of organic behavior.On the basis of this,the paper brings up chief problems followed by explortation of teacher resource and establishment of teachers' encouraging system in higher education institutions. |
