| 摘 要： | 通常用流体通过分流元件后形成的流体条纹数,即分流数来度量混合程度.但在讨论静态混合器、DIS 型螺杆、3DD 型混合器等多种分流型混合器的分流数计算公式和模型中,发现具有层流特征的聚合物熔体流经密排销钉时,不宜采用通常的计算公式计算其分流数.在实验观察基础上,提出规则排列和不规则排列销钉分流型螺杆的分流数计算模型和公式.

| Abstract: | The number of striations is commonly considered as a measure of mixing de-
gree.With regard to the motionless mixer,DIS screw and 3DD mxier,it is found that the
calculating model and equation in counting the number of striations are unsuitable for poly-
mer melt with laminar flow characteristic passing amid the pins of screw.Based on experi-
mental study,the author obtained the model and equation suitable in calculating the num-
ber of striations for pin screw. |
