一种减少矩阵变换器共模电压的空间矢量调制法

摘    要:对基于空间矢量调制策略的矩阵变换器共模电压瞬时值进行了分析,得出了共模电压瞬时值形成的一般规律。提出了通过改变零矢量及位置,既减少矩阵变换器共模电压又使其开关次数最少的方法。此调制法使共模电压瞬时值比优化前空间矢量调制策略减少42.27%(最大值),比优化后的空间矢量调制策略减少33.34%(最大值),同时不影响输出电压及输入电流局部平均值。通过仿真验证了分析的正确性。

Abstract:Analyzing the instantaneous value of common-mode voltagef for matrix converter based on the control stategy of space vector modulation,the general rule forming the instantaneous value of common-mode voltage is obtained.A modulation methods is proposed,i.e.by changing zero-vector and its position,the reduced common-mode viktage as well as minimized switching times of matrix converter is obtained.By using this modulation method,the instantaneous value of common-mode voltage is decreased for 42.27%(maximum),33.34%(maximum),to be compared to non-optimization and optimization control strategy respectively,at the same time,the local averaged value of output line voltage and input phase current is not affected.The simulation demonstrates the validity of the conclusions.
