| 摘 要： | 主要分析了当前煤炭深加工产业的发展现状、存在的问题、面临的风险,提出“十四五”期间煤炭深加工产业的发展理念、发展目标、重点任务和政策建议。笔者预计到2025年,我国煤制油、煤制天然气、低阶煤分质利用(煤炭加工量)、煤制烯烃、甲醇制烯烃以及煤制乙二醇产能分别可达1500万t/a、110亿m3/a、3000万t/a、1050万t/a、850万t/a和1000万t/a。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the current development status,existing problems and faced risks for the coal deep processing industry,this paper proposed the development ideas,development goals,main task and policy suggestions for the development of coal deep processing industry during the"14th five-year plan"period.It was predicted that by 2025,the production capacities of coal-to-oil,coal-to-natural gas,separated quality utilization of low-rank coal(coal processing capacity),coal-to-olefin,methanol-to-olefin and coal-to-glycol would reach 15 Mt/a,11 billion m3/a,30 Mt/a,10.5 Mt/a,8.5 million t/a and 10 Mt/a respectively. |
