自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材热老化后低温柔性和剥离强度性能研究

摘    要:阐述了不同配料原料、不同工艺生产的离型膜及不同的卷材成型温度对自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材热老化后低温柔性和剥离强度性能的影响,指出:传统聚合物改性剂的耐热老化能力都不够理想,要注意选择和生产工艺控制;宜选用残余黏着率高于90%的离型膜,同时,卷材成型温度不宜高于160℃。

Abstract:This paper expounds the influence of different raw materials, different process produced release films and different waterproofing membrane forming temperatures on low-temperature flexibility and peel strength of self-adhesive polymer modified bituminous waterproofing membranes after heat aging. It points out that thermal aging resistance of traditional polymer modifiers is not ideal and we should pay attention to material selection and production process control;at the same time, the release film with a residual adhesion rate above 90% should be selected and forming temperature of the membrane should not be higher than 160 ℃.
