摘    要:基于管道应力分析软件CAESAR II,以某FPSO项目为例,研究甲板货油卸载系统的分析方法。详细介绍风载、船体加速度、中垂中拱、爆炸阻力载荷等基本工况对管道应力的影响及载荷的计算,分析组合工况法和独立载荷法两种工况设置方法的区别,并根据FPSO在设计操作工况、设计极端工况、爆炸工况的实际运行状态及受载情况,利用组合工况法编制对应的分析工况,进行静力分析和疲劳分析,使管道系统始终处于安全运行状态,为FPSO船体管道的应力分析提供参考。

Abstract:Based on the pipeline stress analysis software CAESAR II, a FPSO project is taken as an example to study the analysis method of deck cargo offloading system. The impact of various loads such as wind, hull acceleration, sagging and hogging, and blast resistance force on piping stress is given and the load calculation is described in detail. The difference between the method of combined load case and independent load case is analyzed. According to the actual operation condition and load situation under design operation case, extreme design case and blast case, the method of combined load case is used to perform the static analysis and fatigue analysis, which guarantees the safety of piping system in given condition and provides reference for FPSO hull piping stress analysis.
