摘    要:以苯丙乳液和灰水泥为主要原材料,通过调整乳液添加量,改变聚灰比,制得了符合GB/T 23445—2009标准Ⅱ型要求的JS防水涂料,研究了高温、低温、浸水、室外曝晒、黄泥土掩埋几种养护条件对涂膜物理性能的影响。结果表明,当聚灰比为0.84时,制得的JS防水涂料物理性能最佳,可在高温、低温、室外自然曝晒条件下使用,但应避免长期浸水、直接掩埋于黄泥土中或直接应用到建筑的迎水面。

Abstract:Taking styrene-acrylic emulsion and cement as the main raw materials,and through adjusting emulsion volume and changing polymer-to-cement ratio,a kind of JS waterproofing coating is prepared.It can meet the requirements of type Ⅱ of standard GB/T 23445─2009.This paper studies the influence of several curing conditions like high temperature,low temperature,soaking,outdoor exposure to the sun and yellow soil bury on the physical properties of the coating.Results show when the polymer-to-cement ratio is 0.84,the produced JS waterproofing coating has the optimal physical performance,and can be used under conditions of high temperature,low temperature and outdoor exposure to the sun,but long time soaking in water,burying directly under yellow soil or direct applying on the water-facing side of the building should be avoided.
