摘    要:研究分析了胎基布浸油量、聚合物溶胀后可溶性以及胶粉中可溶物含量等相关因素对PY类改性沥青防水卷材可溶物含量的影响。结果表明,胎基布浸油量和胶粉溶胀工艺是影响PY类改性沥青防水卷材可溶物含量不确定性的主要因素。其中,胶粉溶胀时间越长、溶胀工艺温度越高,其最终的可溶物含量越高;胎基布浸油量对PY类改性沥青防水卷材可溶物含量的指标起决定性作用。

Abstract:This article studies and analyzes influencing factors on soluble content of PY modified asphalt waterproofing membrane, including the amount of oil immersed in tire base cloth, the solubility of polymer after swelling, soluble content of rubber powder and other related factors on soluble content of PY modified asphalt waterproofing membrane. The results show that the soluble content of PY modified asphalt waterproofing membrane are mainly affected by the oil content of tire base cloth and swelling process of rubber powder. Among them, the longer the swelling time, the higher the swelling temperature,and the higher the final soluble content. The soluble content of PY modified asphalt waterproofing membrane is determined by the amount of oil immersed in tire base cloth.
