轴铆自转速度和进给速度对轮毂轴承性能的影响

摘    要:采用弹塑性有限元法对轮毂轴承轴铆成形过程进行研究。分析了轴铆接过程铆头的梅花运动规律,将铆头作为刚体处理,在仿真中实现轴向平移和平面梅花状复合运动,同时提高了计算精度和计算效率。对轮毂轴和内圈材料进行试验,确定了轮毂轴材料的弹塑性本构关系。研究不同自转速度与进给速度条件对轮毂轴承性能的影响,对梅花状加载轨迹的轴铆成形进行了应力应变分析。结果表明:随着铆头自转速度的提高,轮毂轴承预紧力先增大后趋于稳定,铆头的自转速度增至516 r/min后内圈径向变形达到峰值;当进给速度在某一范围内变化时,预紧力和内圈径向变形会出现峰谷值;提高自转速度或降低进给速度都能减小铆接力,铆接机振动减小,提高成形质量。

Abstract:The shaft riveting forming process of hub bearings was studied by using elastic-plastic finite element method. The motion law of plum blossom shape of punches in shaft riveting was analyzed, and the punch was treated as a rigid body to achieve axial translational motion and plane plum blossom motion simultaneously. This method improves calculation accuracy, and improves computational efficiency. The properties of flange shafts and inner rings were tested, and the elastic-plastic constitutive relation of hub shaft materials was determined. The influences of rotation speed and feed speed on the performance of wheel bearings were studied, and the stress-strain analysis of shaft riveting forming with plum blossom shape loading trajectory was carried out. The results show that with the increase of the rotation speed of punches, the clamping force of hub bearing increases first and then remain stable. When the rotation speed of punch increases to 516 r/min, the radial variation of inner ring reaches peak value. When feed speed changes within a certain range, clamping force and inner ring radial deformation appear peak and valley values. Increasing rotation speed or reducing feed speed may reduce clinching forces, and reduce the vibration of riveting machines and improve forming quality.
