大流量乳化液泵高压填料密封试验研究

摘    要:煤矿井下乳化液泵经常出现高压填料密封失效的问题,通过高压大流量乳化液泵工业性试验,选用了3种填料密封,介绍了填料密封的结构,分析了填料密封的机理和失效形式,并从填料密封结构所包含的填料箱、填料、柱塞及导向套等直接影响因素阐述了填料密封的使用注意事项和改善措施。

Abstract:For the common problems of high pressure packing seal failure in in the process of actual use of emulsion pump in coal mine,through three selected kinds of emulsion pump packing seal in high pressure large flow industrial test,the structure of the packing seal was introduced,the packing seal mechanism and the failure forms were analyzed,and the use of packing seal considerations and improvement measures were explained from the direct influence factors such as the packing seal structure contains packing box,packing ring,piston and guide sleeve.
