摘    要:为适应导管架平台结构健康安全监测需求,需对导管架结构各构件进行安全级别划分,构建数字化标签,从而有效评估结构的剩余寿命。安全级别划分的重要依据是对构件的失效后果进行合理评价。提出一种基于强度储备比、安全裕量、塑性抵抗能力、可靠度等指标的构件失效后果评价方法。对结构进行倒塌分析,得到结构的失效路径和构件安全重要性指标,从而确定结构中的高风险构件和高贡献梯度构件,即重点构件。分别对各重点构件的失效后果指标进行计算,综合各项指标结果划分各重点构件的安全级别,实现对失效后果的有效评价。将该方法应用于渤海某导管架平台可得到合理的构件安全级别划分结果。

Abstract:For monitoring the health and safety of jacket platform, it is necessary to divide the safety level of each component. Digital labels are built for evaluating the residual life of structure effectively. The important basis of dividing the safety level is estimating the failure consequence of component reasonably. One failure consequence evaluation method of components based on the ratio of strength reserve, safety margin, plastic resistance, reliability is proposed. The failure paths of structures and safety importance of components are obtained by structure collapse analysis. The high risk components and the high contribution gradient components in the structure are assured, which are the key components. The failure consequence index of each key component is calculated separately. The safety levels of the key components are divided according to each index, thereby the failure consequence is evaluated effectively. This method is applied to a jacket platform in Bohai Sea. A reasonable result of safety level division can be obtained.
