海上升压站平台桩和上部结构柱腿连接强度分析

摘    要:为保证海上升压站工程质量合格,必须对平台桩和柱腿连接处进行强度校核。对海上升压站平台桩和上部结构柱腿连接处进行有限元建模,采用Solid 187实体单元划分网格,引入带转动惯量的虚质量Mass 21单元,考虑风、浪、流荷载施加极端荷载组合工况等步骤,然后进行计算与分析,以实现对柱腿连接处的强度校核。经项目验证,基于有限元方法进行的考虑多桩柱多工况的柱腿连接处强度校核计算结果满足使用条件,并且能够有效解决实体模型上集中荷载的施加问题。

Abstract:In order to ensure the project quality of offshore substation, the strength check must be conducted for the joint between the piles and the superstructure columns. The finite element modelling is carried out on the joint between the piles and the superstructure columns of offshore substation, the Solid 187 solid element is used to divide the grid, the virtual mass Mass 21 unit with the moment of inertia is introduced, the calculation and analysis are carried out after considering the extreme load combination of wind, wave and flow load, and the strength on the joint of the column is checked. The verification shows that on the basis of the finite element method and considering the joint strength between the piles and the superstructure columns under multi-working conditions, the strength-checking calculation results satisfy the service condition and can effectively solve the problem of applying concentrated loads on the solid model.
