对我国煤炭主体能源地位与绿色开采的思考

摘    要:针对我国存在的缺油、少气、相对富煤的能源资源国情,指出我国在相当长的时期内,虽然煤炭的比重将逐步降低,但煤炭主体能源地位短期内难以改变。同时指出,生态环境对煤炭开采和加工利用约束日益增大,绿色开采、清洁高效利用与开发西部煤炭是支撑煤炭主体地位、保障国家能源安全的重大需求。从生态环境脆弱、采动损害严重等方面分析出西部煤炭开发和环境保护矛盾尖锐,通过对地表生态与地下水埋深关系、植被适生水位、采动隔水性变化与隔水岩组的深入分析,揭示了维系地表生态系统的地质条件与采动损害机理,对支撑西部煤炭高质量发展的绿色开采技术进行了具体阐述。

Abstract:In view of the situation of energy resources in China,which is short of oil,gas and rich in coal,it was pointed out that although the proportion of coal would gradually decrease in a quite long period of time,the main energy position of coal is difficult to change in a short period of time.At the same time,it was pointed out that the constraints of ecological environment on coal mining,processing and utilization are increasing day by day.Green mining,clean and efficient utilization and development of Western coal are the major needs to support the main position of coal and ensure national energy security.The contradiction between coal development and environmental protection in Western China was analyzed from the aspects of fragile ecological environment and serious mining damage.The geological conditions and mining damage mechanism of maintaining the surface ecosystem were revealed through the relationship between surface ecology and groundwater depth,the suitable water level of vegetation,the change of mining water resistance and the water resistance rock group.Finally,the green mining technology supporting the high-quality development of coal was expounded.
