刮板输送机圆环链故障检测方法研究

基于ANSYS有限元软件,对刮板输送机链牵引过程中链轮和圆环链的受力特性进行了分析,介绍了圆环链故障检测装置和无线采集系统配置,详细阐述了圆环链故障检测方法和应用实施方案。检测结果表明,圆环链故障检测方法以驱动链轮齿根和圆环链受力变化规律为依据,基于先进无线传感技术实时对刮板输送机圆环链故障进行预警,能够避免因链条故障造成设备严重损坏事故。

Study on fault detection method of scraper conveyor ring chain

Based on the ANSYS finite element software,this paper analyzed the force characteristics of chain wheel and ring chain in the chain traction process of scraper conveyor,introduced the ring chain fault detection device and the configuration of wireless acquisition system,and expounded the ring chain fault detection method and application scheme in detail.The test results showed that the ring chain fault detection method was based on the stress change rule of the tooth root of the driving sprocket and the ring chain.Based on the advanced wireless sensor technology,the real-time re-warning of the fault of the scraper conveyor ring chain could avoid the serious damage of the equipment caused by the fault of the chain.
