摘    要:针对现有无刷直流电机直接转矩控制中转矩计算方法复杂、传统全零数字定义零电压矢量造成的转矩波动大等问题,在无磁链观测直接转矩控制系统的基础上,针对转矩计算、零矢量选择进行了研究。在转矩计算方面,摒弃繁琐的反电动势计算方法,采用三相电流和霍尔信号相结合的方法进行转矩计算;在空间电压矢量优选方面,提出了一种两管导通零矢量以及空间电压矢量选择表,并与传统全零数字定义零电压矢量进行了理论对比分析;在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建转矩控制系统仿真模型进行仿真验证,采用DSP2812作为主控制板搭建实验平台进行实验验证。仿真分析与实验结果均表明,所提控制方法能进一步简化转矩观测,可有效抑制电磁转矩动、静两种状态下的波动。

Abstract:In view of the difficulty in torque calculations in the existing direct torque control of the brushless DC motors and the large torque ripples caused by the zero voltage vector defined by the traditional all-zero digital, further studies were made on the motor torque calculation and zero vector selections on the basis of the non-magnetic chain observation direct torque control systems. In the terms of torque calculations, the cumbersome back-electromotive force calculation method was abandoned, and the torque calculation was made combining three-phase current and Hall signals. In the terms of space voltage vector optimization, a two-tube conduction zero vector and space voltage selection table were proposed, and the control effectiveness was compared with the zero voltage vector defined by the traditional all-zero digital theoretically. The simulation model of the torque control systems was built in MATLAB/Simulink for simulation verification. A hardware experimental platform was set up using DSP2812 as the main control board for experimental verification. Both simulation analysis and experimental verification show that the proposed control method may further simplify the torque observation and effectively suppress the electromagnetic torque fluctuations in both of static and dynamic states.
