| 摘 要： | 野马泉矿区在近年的深部找矿过程中深孔钻遇复杂地层的问题逐年增加,为了提高钻探效率获得高质量找矿成果,以野马泉矿区区域地质条件、施工工艺、压力大、转速高、单位时间内排粉量大等特点为依据,通过测试抗弯强度与胎体配方的关系、胎体硬度与胎体配方的关系、胎体耐磨性与胎体配方的关系设计了6种胎体配方,进行了抗弯强度、硬度和耐磨性等力学性能测试试验,钻头胎体配方应用的材料均易购,生产工艺相对简单,开发条件良好。

| Abstract: | In Yemaquan mining area,we know that the problems of complex strata encountered in deep hole drilling are increasing year by year in the process of deep prospecting.To improve drilling efficiency and obtain high quality prospecting results,we have made a research of the regional geological conditions to know of construction technology,high pressure,high speed and large amount of powder discharge per unit time in Yemaquan mining area.By testing the relationship between bending strength and carcass formula,it shows that carcass hardness and carcass formula,including carcass wearing resistance and carcass formula,six kinds of matrix formulations were designed.The mechanical properties such as bending strength,hardness and wearing resistance were tested.The materials used in bit matrix formula are all easy to buy.The production process is relatively simple and the good development conditions will be seen. |
