摘    要:从平台设计方的工艺、公用、总图配管、安全、电气、仪器控制、结构和机械等方面详细梳理和阐述海上油气田往复式压缩机与平台之间的界面接口参数,并对压缩机适应性、防爆要求、信号传输和连接、减振设计等方面提出要求,一方面为平台设计方开展工程设计提供借鉴,另一方面加深往复式压缩机成橇厂家对压缩机与平台界面设计的理解,促进和优化成橇设计、建造,为后期往复式压缩机可靠、连续、安全地运行奠定基础。

Abstract:The interface design between platform and reciprocating compressor for offshore oil and gas field are analyzed and studied, including interface parameters with platform design disciplines of process, common specialty, pipe layout, safety, electrical, instrument control, structure and mechinery. The requirements for compressor adaptability, explosion proof, signal transmission and connection, anti-vibration design are proposed. The guidance is provided for platform engineering design and the understanding of interface design between reciprocating compressor and platform for skid contractor is deepened, which optimizes skid design and construction, and promotes reliable, continuous and safe operation of offshore reciprocating compressor after putting into production.
